I’m Kazim, or The Pro Web Designer. I love creating effective and beautiful websites that its users will love, appreciate, and understand through the power of great web design and user experience.
This isn’t just marketing talk either. Here are some common practices in web design that hurt user experience and frustrate users:
A lot of mistakes are being made out there in the name of being unique, standing out, and trying to be remembered. Well, guess what – you don’t have to hurt a website’s user experience to have those things.
Websites can be both user-experience-focused as well as beautifully designed, you shouldn’t have to choose between the two.
This is where I came in. I asked myself questions like “what really makes a good website?” and “what do /users/ really care about when designing a website?”.
By answering those questions I figured out what makes good websites tick and where websites or particular page layouts go wrong, enabling me to create better and more effective websites for my clients.
I don’t claim what I know is revolutionary or anything, in fact there’s a lot of other designers out there who approach design with such a user-experience focus. But, I think the internet is always in need of reminders as I (and I’m sure you too), come across too many frustrating websites.
